Shipping

All items are in stock and usually can be shipped within 24 hours (business day).

Unstretched/Unframed Paintings will be shipped in hard tubes:
- One flat shipping fee for multiple items
- Canada, USPS First-Class Mail International $11.99 (1~2 weeks)
- International (other than U.S., Canada), USPS First-Class Mail International $18.99 (1~4 weeks)
Stretched/Framed Paintings will be shipped in boxes:
- Free shipping to 48 U.S continental states ( 2~5 days)
- Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and other countries should contact us first to inquire about shipping rates before buying. Shipping costs for stretched/framed paintings outside of 48 US continental states are expensive and vary dramatically from location to location, and from one painting size to another size, from as low as US $30 to easily over US $100 for some oversize paintings. Other factors such as fuel surcharges and air freight/commodity charges which carriers charge may vary from day-to-day. For customers outside of 48 US continental states, it is more financially feasible to buy unstretched/unframed paintings from us and then stretch and frame them at your local art stores. Of course, if customers are willing to cover shipping costs by yourself, we are happy to ship to any place that you like.
  Our standard checkout process does not work for customers outside of 48 US continental states who want stretched/framed paintings. Here are the order procedures for these customers:
  1. Let us know the paintings that you like and the options that you want (stretch or frame), and your shipping address
  2. We will give you a total price quote which includes the painting cost, option(stretch/frame) cost, and shipping cost
  3. If you agree, we will create an online invoice for you, you can pay either with credit card or Paypal online
  4. We will ship your order once we receive your payment.

Note:

International (other than U.S.A) shippings usually arrive within 2 weeks. But time may vary from country to country. Customs may delay delivery. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; most delays are due to customs in the country the package is being sent to, since their policies and efficiency varies. Please allow up tp 30 days for package to arrive. Since lots of things such as customs are out of our controls, we can not guarantee delivery date. Please be patient!

Greater Houston area customers are welcome to pick up your orders by yourself with appointments. Please contact us first and schedule a time to come.
